The maximum includes BDT 500–2,000 extra if a recommendation is needed.

BDT 100 per person + BDT 1,500 court office superintendent fee. The minimum is for one person.

Checks on the land before you buy it. It is priced at BDT 5,000 per dag (plot number) and is ready in 5 days.
Are court fees included?
No. Our case filing fee covers the plaint, summons, vakalatnama, process fee and photocopies. Court fees are paid on top.
Why do some fees say "based on the facts"?
For hearings, appeals and revisions, the maximum is set once we have reviewed the facts of the case. The minimum is always published.
