Can you take an appeal to the High Court?
Yes. We file and argue appeals and revisions in both the Judge Court and the High Court. The fees for each are listed above.
When is a senior lawyer needed?
Some petition hearings and very complicated examinations may need a senior lawyer. Petition hearings then carry an extra senior's charge based on the facts; complicated examinations an extra cost set by negotiation.
